Baby Boy Bush

There is another boy on the way!  We are sure Dylan will be an excellent teacher when it comes to sports, trains, and all things involving getting dirty :)

Meanwhile Dylan has been getting used to his new room with a big boy full size bed.  The room isn't really done  yet, but we couldn't stop Dylan from sleeping in there:)  Now we just need to figure out a way to end the 3:00AM pitter patter into our room.

Sun Valley Fun

I love this little guy!

Yay....a candy bracelet

Just hiking up a mountain :)

We were lucky to spend almost 2 weeks in Sun Valley this month!  Ted and my Dad joined us for the weekend, and my mom, Dylan, and I hung out during the week.  We had a great time hiking, taking walks, and getting treats :)

Dylan has an annoucement :)

Yep,that's right, Dylan is going to be a big brother.  Baby number 2 is due November 16, just shy of a week before Thanksgiving.  A couple of people have mentioned it will be a turkey baby, I am very hopeful the baby will be smaller than an average turkey....but you never know.

Dylan was not so sure about the news at first.  He took a sudden interest in his old "stuff" - his swing, vibrating chair, kicking machine - we haven't used any of that stuff for atleast a year and a half.  When we asked if he was getting it ready for baby, he says, no - me!  He has also decided when wrestling he should jump on the baby...I don't think the baby is ready for Dylan yet :)

The good news is we have had some recent changes.  Dylan has kissed the baby good morning a couple of times.  He sees a crying baby on his favorite ipad game, and points to my stomach - so he is prepared for crying I guess.  And most recently on Elmo's World, Elmo asked a baby how they would dance, and Dylan started jibbering away to my stomach, presumably asking the baby a question also.  I am hoping these are good signs for the future siblings :)

So we are in for some changes!  We sold my Blazer I have been driving for the last 11 years.  It was a little hard to see the new owners drive away in it, but then my new Acadia arrived a couple days later, and well, all feelings of sadness dissappeared pretty quick!  We are getting Dylan's new room ready with a big boy bed, and starting to work on potty training training.  So far this preganancy is flying by much faster than the first!  I guess it will be time to update the title and cover pictures of this blog soon too :)
