And now we are caught up through July!  Lucas got two more teeth and mastered walking.  He can cruise in his walker plays with Dylan.  His appetite has also increased.  He now enjoys a variety of food including avocados, pears, apples, bananas, sweet potatoes, peaches, berries, mums and puffs, and most recently English muffins and chicken.  His favorites continue to be avocado, pear, and banana :)

Dylan's vocabulary has also taken off.  The dinosaur names he pronounces amaze us....he is making up for lost time.  I wrote down a few of the cute things he said in a single day:
- Look mom, an airplane.  Where do you think it is going?  To an airport maybe?  Or maybe gma's?
- Mom, where were you?  I was worried about you. (I ran solo to grocery store)
- Mom, Lucas and I are pooping twins (self explanatory)
- D: My booboo isn't quite better yet, maybe tomorrow?  Me: would a kiss help. D: No, probably not
- Mom loves Dad to infinity and beyond and I love Lucas to the moon and back

And here are the pics...

Don't feed me to him mom....

Treehouse at the zoo!

Took about 3 days after he starting cruising to find the open cabinets.'

2 weeks in Sun Valley

We spent two great weeks in Sun Valley around the 4th of July!  Dylan had a lot of fun going to the splash pad, walks, Sun Valley village, hikes, and so much more :)  He also experienced his first round of home sickness.  He missed his bed and room :(  But usually a trip to get ice cream cheered him up!  Lucas was a trooped and along for the ride.  If only super baby slept!

Silly face during hike at Adam's Gulch

Lucas took his first one or two steps in Sun Valley, a week later he took 10 consecutive baby steps, and a few days after that he was crossing rooms.  He is very proud of himself :)
